how it all started...
At 14, I didn’t want to be here.
Life felt unbearable like I was trapped in a world that made no sense. I watched people go through the motions, chasing an idea of happiness that always seemed just out of reach.
I couldn’t understand why we were here.
Why life felt so painful. Why I felt so broken.
And For decades,
I searched for answers, convinced that if I could just fix myself, I would finally feel whole.
I threw myself into personal development, therapy, mindset work always hoping the next thing would be the thing.
From the outside, I looked successful.
But inside, I was exhausted, angry, disconnected, and numb.
When my body started speaking to me
My body started speaking in ways I could no longer ignore.
Chronic pain took hold, layering itself over years of self-abandonment, chronic stress and suppressed truth.
No doctor had the answer.
But deep down, I knew: this pain wasn’t just physical.
It was the weight of everything I had carried, everything I had silenced.
That was the breaking point and the beginning.
I stopped looking outside myself and started listening within.
I immersed myself in thousands of hours of study, learning from the world’s best in energy work, psychology, neuroscience, metaphysics, somatics, hypnotherapy, and healing.
Not just to gain knowledge but to remember what I had always known.
And when I finally stopped chasing healing…
I became liberated.
I didn’t "fix" myself.
There was never anything to fix.
Instead, I let go of conditioning, of struggle, of the belief that I had to earn my right to exist and receive.
And as I did, something extraordinary happened:
I returned to myself.
Now, I live in alignment with my truth. I am an initiator, an innovator, a disruptor of old paradigms. An intuitive healer with a gift for seeing what others can’t. I speak what needs to be spoken, activate what’s ready to rise, and help people break free from the cycles keeping them small.
But this isn’t about me.
It’s about all of us.
When one of us wakes up, we create a ripple effect that reaches the collective.
When we reclaim our sovereignty, we invite others to do the same.
When we choose authenticity, we give others permission to live as they truly are.
